Camelot Associates Corporation, headquartered in Colonie, New York, was founded in 1967 as a home builder by Dennis A. De Gennaro. Over more than four decades, the company has become a major builder in the upstate New York area, with projects from Vermont to the Northern Adirondacks and an average revenue of $13 million per year.

Camelot is a diversified builder with prices ranging from $200,000 to well over $1 million; 95% of its projects are in the residential sector and 5% are commercial.

Working with its designers and buyers, Camelot produces new designs and floor plans that stay current with the trends of the home building industry.
